Delicious recepis with CBD

"We all know that CBD oil should best be taken under the tongue. But we also know that CBD does not really have a good taste. "

 

Because some people nevertheless have difficulty taking the CBD oil, I have a few nice things figured out where you can process in CBD dose, so you might can take once a day you CBD in a nice way. Especially with children it can be difficult to let them take the CBD, because of the flavour. CBD works best under the tongue, but it does its job good enough if it is taken by a court. The recipes are based on one person. Do not Place your entire daily dose in the dish, but only the dose to be taken at that time. You take 2 drops? you do handle 2 drops in the dish. Take your 7 drops? you do handle 7. Do not exceed your dose!

This is only meant for people who want, just like me, to take the CBD occasionally in a nicer way! Best thing is to use cold food or drinks.

Look at this list of tips and tricks to give the oil to your child! Just hide them in one of these dishes or drinks and He or she will not taste the flavor of the oil!

  • glass of lemonade
  • in tea (lukewarm)
  • the syrup for a pancake
  • on a roll or cutting salami sausage
  • by the soy sauce
 


You can also do it by different sauces, such as spaghetti sauce. Only the effect has been somewhat less if you do not take under the tongue. But you still get enough CBD in to your system.



Recipe 1:

"Meal salad with smoked chicken with pesto yogurt sauce" (CBD hiding in the pesto!) For one person!

You will need:

  • 250g mixed salad with arugula
  • 1 dl yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • pesto
  • 200g smoked chicken
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 avocados (optional)
  • half cucumber
  • 1 egg
  • our little olive oil or hemp seed oil
  • pinch of salt / pepper
  • You CBD dose ( in the dressing)
 

Mix the pesto, yogurt and mayonnaise together. Add to this your CBD dose and equally stirring.

Cut the tomato, cucumber, avocado and chicken into pieces.
Put the lettuce in a bowl. Vegetables there in the olive oil or hempseed oil over casting, chicken and finally the dressing et voila!

You CBD incorporated into a delicious healthy salad. The pesto drowned out the flavor of CBD so here taste of nothing at all. Bon appetit!




 

Recipe 2;

"Cupcakes with sweet topping" (CBD incorporated into the topping)"

 

This recipe is for 12 cupcakes. If you have children who take CBD, or the whole family takes CBD then you should pay close attention to any cupcake who is (because of the CBD dose). The batter will not contain CBD. So the cupcakes can be eaten by anyone. The CBD is in the topping..


Oven: 170 degrees
Cooking time: 20/25 minutes


you need;

  • 125 grams of butter at room temperature
  • 125 gram granulated sugar
  • 125 grams self-raising flour
  • 2 tablespoons milk at room temperature
  • 2 eggs at room temperature.

 

Put the butter in a bowl and put in the middle mixstand and gradually add the sugar until a light mass.
Add the eggs 1 for 1 member, and continue mixing on medium speed,
Now Gradually add the sifted flour and continue mixing on medium setting.
finally the milk and mix for another minute until fluffy smooth batter.

 

Do divide the batter into 12 muffin cases (possibly in a baking pan) and bake the cupcakes at 170 degrees in about 20/25 minutes. Look at 20 minutes, no matter how the cakes to go, by doing a toothpick in one of the cakes to see if the batter is sticking to it. When they are golden brown, they're done and let them cool down,

The topping! -> here comes the CBD!
for Butter Cream
  • 250g icing sugar
  • 250 grams soft butter, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optionally, the dye in order to give a cream color
  • Your CBD dose
Put the butter (not melted, but at room temperature) in a bowl and mix until fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and mix until a nice cream. Finally, add the hot water and vanilla. You can use a drop of dye to give a nice variety/color butter cream.

 

Now comes the CBD!


You now have 12 cupcakes and fittings for the topping. You can not, of course, your dosage CBD drip into the bowl with topping ...
So does a person with the twinkie dose CBD. You take a spoonful of butter cream in a separate bowl, and dropping your dose in it. Mix together well so it is a whole, and spread it evenly on the cupcake. Stick a flag with your name on it and go! The rest of the cakes can simply be eaten by business, without the CBD.
If you make a cupcake CBD for the next family member, do the same thing again: Scoop buttercream  in a separate bowl, the CBD dosing, mixing, and smear on the cupcake! Don't forget the flag with the name on it!

CBD is a natural and healthy supplement. You can also add in the butter cream 10-12 drops, mix well and then decorate all cupcakes with CBD buttercream So everybody gets a light dose of CBD, and don't taste much of it. Obviously it is not healthy to eat cake every day, but it's even a fun and tasty alternative for you and your family. Enjoy!

 



Recipe 3:

"Wraps with salmon and cream cheese" -> CBD by the cream cheese

You will need:
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 1 wrap
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 1/2 cup cress,
  • iceberg lettuce or corn salad
  • little pepper
  • You CBD dose

Preparation


Cucumber lengthwise cut through the middle and with a small spoon to scrape out the seeds. Cucumber halves with vegetable peeler or cheese slicer in ribbons planing and then pat dry with paper towels. Lay the tortillas / wraps on the surface.
 
Now comes the CBD!
Take the cream cheese and mix it in a bowl. Take CBD dose in the container dripping with cream cheese (or a double dose of CBD for when the half until the next day) and mix well with each other. Put a thick layer of creamcheese on the wrap. Sprinkle the last with salt and coarsely ground pepper.
 
preparation
put cucumber ribbons slightly below middle. Remove the skin from the salmon and cut it into pieces and arrange on the wrap with the cress. . Fold sides of tortilla over filling and roll up tortillas tightly. Wraps in half diagonally and tightly wrap each in plastic wrap. Wraps to use keep refrigerated. Bon appetit!
